1. Make it Work, Then Make it Better
Your product mix will never be “finished”. In a healthy photography business, you’ll always be tweaking the products you offer, swapping out low-selling products for something else, trying to find the perfect mix.
So, if your product mix is going to constantly change, why spend too much time worrying about it right now?
Our goal at this point is to get something out there. Anything.
In other words, we’re going to make it work today, then make it better tomorrow (and the next day, and the next…).

2. Don’t Let Pricing Slow You Down
If our goal is to just get something offered and sold, then we ain’t got time for getting hung up on what to charge.
Again… make it work, then make it better.
If you’re just starting with product sales, just multiply your product costs by 3x-4x and call it a day.
Once you’ve sold some products, learned how much time it takes to produce those products and discovered how much better a service you’re providing to your clients, then circle back around and nail down your pricing to include the cost of your time and the value you bring to the table.
